Power Nutrition™
Power Nutrition ™ is a style of nutrition therapy designed for those seeking to cultivate a strong mind, body, and spirit. We support our clients in their goal to create a healthy body composition for optimum wellness. We also challenge our clients to reach their full athletic potential.
In the initial nutrition assessment, you and your Registered Dietitian will explore your nutrition history (medical history, nutrition related labs, relationship to food, culinary experience, etc). You will also explore you current fitness regimen and how your diet can be adjusted to improve body composition and/or sports performance. By the end of the session, a plan of action will be created. You may choose to implement this plan on your own or continue to work with your Dietitian to help you reach your goals.
