The minimalistic meal plan focuses on two meal options to select from during the week for breakfast, snacks and lunch. Dinner options are more varied depending on your schedule. Planning your meals for the week ahead can help reduce mindless eating and meal plan decision fatigue. It’s important to note that consistently and always following a meal plan is impractical and unrealistic. Life happens. Plans change. A meal plan should not be used as a means to obsessively fixate on what to eat. Instead, use it as a helpful guide to assist you throughout the week. This plan also encourages you to stay fit. At the bottom there is a space to check of that you completed the minimum amount of physical activity recommended per week.
