Insurance-based clients:  Insurance coverage can differ significantly based on your carrier and individual plan. Due to this, we require all insurance-based clients to verify their insurance benefits and coverage prior to their first session.  We've created a helpful script that we've found to be beneficial to our clients to help them navigate this conversation with their insurance company.  To ensure you are fully aware of your benefits, we require you to fill this out during the application to work with us.

Private pay clients: Our 2025 prompt payment (paid prior to service)rates are $150 for an initial nutrition assessment which lasts up to 90 minutes.  Individual follow ups are $85 for up to 60 minutes.  We offer a package of 3 follow ups (up to 60 minutes each) for a discounted rate of $80 per session ($240 paid in full prior to your first follow up). This package must be used within 3 months of purchase.  We also offer a package of 6 follow ups (up to 60 minutes each) for a discounted rate of $75 per session ($450 paid in full prior to your first follow up). This package must be used within 6 months of purchase.
